Trade Roles With Your Student / Child

My girls and I did a little role trading this week and had so much fun. I allowed them to each be the teacher for part of our practice / lesson. It was very fun to see how they would conduct the lesson / practice session. I was pleasantly surprised at how successful this little game was.

Since there were three of us, we each had 8 minutes to be the teacher. Without any prompting, my oldest started by demonstrating something to us. She then asked her sister to play something and made sure she had a good bow hold.

It was fun, and we easily got more accomplished than we would have if it had just been me running the show.

Give it a try, you might just like it.
